decade. Scientists working from a long time on this natural avatar to
know about it's benefits and after a long period research they came to know
that it’s not a simple herb with some advantages but a vast bundle of advantage packed
in it.
Green tea is produced from leaves of
Camellia Sinensis . China is home of this herb as it is vastly produced
there and exported to other countries. China produces Green Tea approx 80% of
world and from 80% it exports 83% to world. Now other Asian countries are also producing
green tea but at low levels. Green Tea contains bundles of enzymes, sterols, carbohydrates,
amino acids and vitamins.

are advantages of using Green Tea , on the other side it can damage to health
if extensively used. Researches shown that consuming large volumes of it can
cause cancer and damages to health. Everything in this world should use to some
limit, even medicines which cure our illness are prescribed to use according to
Doctor's advice otherwise it can react. In the same way if limited value of
Green Tea is used, it advantages to health otherwise damage. Limit to use of
Green Tea is 4 to 5 cups a day.

Green Tea helps in
burning fats of body for short time and at very short levels, for this reason
people who want to use green tea in weight loss should not cross the per day
limit of Green Tea usage. Usage of this drink to marked level would give
them advantage but no disadvantage, while crossing the limit is hazardous.
